We are thrilled to be partnering once again with Closed Door Entertainment, to bring to our community another AMAZING youth summer theatre camp! Students of the CDE Youth Summer Camp will get to partake in acting, singing, dancing, and specialty master classes by professionals while also learning a junior length show! They will perform the show LIVE three times for the public, 6/22 at 7p and 6/23 at 3p and 7p! The entirety of the camp will take place all at Harrison UMC. Students will be divided into groups and will get an in-depth look at theatre terminology, technical theatre, tricks and techniques of the trade, how to prepare for an audition, how to audition, stage and theatre etiquette, improvisation and stage combat, and the opportunity be a part of a show that is put together in just 2 weeks. The camp is an all day (8-3) camp at Monday-Friday and is open to rising 3rd graders through rising 10th graders. Early and aftercare can be arranged if needed!
